SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

For local we use Air21 and Xend Express, LBC, shipping to Manila is 1-2 days, provincial is 2-3 days depends on location. Our daily cut-off for next day delivery is 2pm. Payments received after 2pm will be ship the following day. Tracking numbers of the will be sent through SMS and email as soon as available.

For international orders, we use Express mail international usually 5-7 days. Cut off is 1pm. Tracking numbers will be sent through email and will give you the link as to where you can check your package online. Shipping and handling depends on location and weight and is shouldered by the customer. We can ship anywhere in the world. If your country do not have EMS service, we will send through xend express but will charge more than that of the EMS or via registered mail or air parcel which is way cheaper but will take 2-3 weeks transit time. I have shipped to USA, UAE, QATAR,MALAYSIA,CHINA, AUSTRALIA, United Kingdom, Hongkong, Puerto Rico, Saudi Arabia and Canada. They are all successful. iF your country is not listed on the website, please contact my email for shipping rates.

Pre-payment is required for all transactions.

Shipping Policy:

We are not responsible for any loss, damage of the item once ship but we will keep you posted for any status. We only refund if packages were ship back to us less the shipping due to address not found, unclaimed or if your custom do not accept the package, neither we are not responsible for custom charges if any. It works best if you check your package to your post office by giving the tracking number.
